1. Acceptance
By downloading or using BetterCal, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
2. License
BetterCal is provided free of charge for personal, non-commercial use. You may not:
- Copy, modify, or distribute the app or its assets
- Reverse-engineer or attempt to extract the source code
- Use the app for commercial purposes without written permission
3. Google Tasks
BetterCal integrates with Google Tasks. Your use of Google Tasks through BetterCal is also subject to Google's Terms of Service and Google's Privacy Policy.
4. Intellectual property
All design, code, graphics, and branding in BetterCal are the exclusive property of Andraž Rdlf. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership rights to you.
5. Disclaimer of warranties
BetterCal is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or fit for any particular purpose. Use at your own risk.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Andraž Rdlf shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use BetterCal.
7. Updates and changes
We may update BetterCal and these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Slovenia and applicable European Union regulations, without regard to conflict of law principles.
